From the remote and beautiful vineyards of the Margaret River comes the succulent ruby red Cabernet Sauvignon by Vasse Felix.
On the nose is a deep perfume of wild berries, dried rose petals and violet with savoury characters. Hints of peppermint leaves with dark chocolate resound. On the palate is refreshing floral notes of blackcurrant and blackberry with notes of chocolate, polished leather and exotic spices. It ends with an elegant and clean and dry finish and a long and fine tannins.
Cellar up until 2036. Pair with steak and Roast Lamb or beef.

“It’s a pleasure to spend time with Tom Cullity. This is all about refinement. It has a presence and a whole lot of detail. The is fruit savoury and sweet, the iodine and graphite character of the malbec infused into the DNA. There are also finely chiselled tannins, lively acidity and a length like no tomorrow. Sure there’s a power and energy, but the wine’s defining feature is elegance.”
